Beginning November 5, 2007, the Metropolitan Police Department is deploying mobile photo radar vehicles at two locations for aggressive driving in the District of Columbia.
The mobile photo radar vehicles are being deployed in the 7700 block of 16th Street, NW (northbound) and the 1700 block of C Street, NE (westbound).
During the first 30 days of activation, only warning Notices of Infraction will be issued to operators. Beginning December 5, 2007, violators captured by photo enforcement will receive Notices of Infraction in the mail.
