The Metropolitan Police Department along with the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force led by the U.S. Marshals Service, on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 arrested Vasile Graure in connection with the assault of a manager at the Good Guys adult entertainment club located in the 2300 block of Wisconsin Avenue, N.W.

Graure was arrested Tuesday at approximately 9:45 p.m. at the Days Inn located in the 100 block of South Bragg Street in Alexandria, Virginia. Detectives from the Alexandria Police Department working in conjunction with detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department and members from the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Graure without incident.  Graure is scheduled to be transported to the District of Columbia for arraignment.

On November 3, 2007, Graure allegedly returned to the nightclub after reportedly arguing with the victim, subsequently dousing him with gasoline and setting him on fire. Graure is charged with Assault With Intent To Kill While Armed in connection with this offense.
