UPDATE 11/28/07:
The three missing persons — Mr. Ernest Hunter, Ms. Kimberly Scrivner and Ms. Roxanne Chantell Ranson — were found in a good health condition. Mr. Hunter was found on Monday, November 26, 2007 at approximately 4:00 pm by officers of the Department in SE, Washington DC. Ms. Scrivner and Ranson were found on Friday, November 23, 2007 at approximately 8:00 pm by Ms. Ranson’s father in Southeast.
The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating three missing persons. One missing individual is identified as 62-year-old Ernest Hunter. He was last seen at approximately 12:01 am on Friday, November 23, 2007, at his residence located in the 5300 block of Clay Terrace, NE.
Hunter is described as a medium complexioned black male, 6’2” tall, weighing approximately 190 pounds with brown eyes. He was reportedly last seen wearing gray pants, a brown and beige plaid shirt and a gray suit. Hunter may appear disoriented. He suffers from schizophrenia and seizures and did not have his medication with him.
The second missing person is identified as 14-year-old Kimberly Scrivner. Kimberly was reportedly last seen at approximately 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 22, 2007, at her residence located in the 1600 block of Montello Avenue, NE. Kimberly is described as a black female, 5’3” in height and weighing approximately 165 pounds. She is further described as having a medium complexion, brown hair and black eyes. She has a birthmark on the right side of her face and was reportedly last seen wearing black pants and a black jacket.
The third missing person is identified as 14-year-old Roxanne Chantell Ranson. Roxanne was last seen at approximately 10:00 pm on Thursday, November 22, 2007, at her residence located in the 1200 block of Holbrook Terrace, N.E. Roxanne is described as a black female, 5’2” in height and weighing approximately 124 pounds. She is further described as having a medium complexion, brown eyes and black hair. She was reportedly last seen wearing blue pants and a jacket and shirt of unknown color. Roxanne may also be carrying a backpack this is pink in color.
A preliminary investigation into this case indicates that the two missing girls are reportedly friends and there is a possibility that they may be in the company of one another.
