The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing person who was last seen at about 6:00 am on the morning of Thursday, May 20, 1999. The missing person who is identified as 16-year-old Wayne P. Aytch (pronounced like the letter "H") was last seen at that time leaving his residence located in the 5400 block of 5th Street, NW.

Wayne is described as a medium-complexioned black male, 6'3" tall and weighing approximately 240 pounds. He is further described as having black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing blue jeans.
