At approximately 8:32 PM, Tuesday, December 4, 2007, police were called to the 4900 block of Quarles Street, NE for the report of a verbal dispute. Upon arrival, officers found 26-year-old Vincent Simpson, of the 7900 block of Eton Lane in Clinton, Maryland, suffering from apparent stab wounds to the body. He was taken to Prince George’s County Hospital and pronounced at 9:09 PM.

The case is under investigation by members of the department’s Violent Crimes Branch. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call police at 202-727-9099.

The department offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
