On Wednesday, December 12, 2007, The Metropolitan Police Department’s Violent Crimes branch arrested 21-year-old Marcelle Stover, of the 500 block of 50^th Place, NE. He has been charged with First Degree Murder While Armed.

At approximately 5:14 PM, Monday, December 3, 2007, police were called to the 1000 block of First Place, NW, for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located 21-year-old Michael Yeager, of the same address, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. He was taken to the Washington Hospital Center’s MedStar Unit and pronounced dead.
