On Friday, December 28, 2007, at approximately 4 AM, the victim of a November stabbing succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. His name is being withheld at this time pending the proper notification of the next-of-kin.
On Monday, November 12, 2007, at approximately 5:30 PM, a 39-year-old male suffering from multiple stab wounds was transported from an apartment building in the 100 block of 34th Street, SE, by emergency medical personnel. The victim was admitted to the Washington Hospital Center where he remained under care for his injuries.
This case is now being investigated as a homicide by members assigned to the department’s Violent Crimes Branch. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call police at (202) 727-9099.
The Metropolitan Police Department offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
