Shortly after 10 pm on the night of Saturday, July 24, 1999, police and DCFD emergency medical technicians responded to the front of 6817 Georgia Avenue, NW for the report of stabbing. Upon arrival, they discovered a man suffering from multiple stab wounds.
The victim, who has been identified as 33-year-old Darrell Brown, of the 500 block of Sheridan Street, NW, was transported to the Washington Hospital Center's MedSTAR unit where he was later pronounced dead.
The case is currently under investigation by detectives assigned to Metropolitan Police Department's Fourth District.
