The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person who was last seen around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September, 15, 1999. On that date and time the last known whereabouts of 36-year-old Allean Logan is reported to have been at her residence located in the 4400 block South Capital Street, SW. Ms. Logan may also be known by the name of Allean Moore.

Allean Logan is described as a black female, 5' 8" tall, and weighing 118 pounds. She is further described as having a light brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes. When last seen Ms. Logan was reported to have been wearing black pants and a t-shirt.
