The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person identified as Elizabeth Williams of North Carolina. She was last seen at approximately 12:45 pm on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 conducting business in the 3800 block of 14th Street, NW.
Elizabeth Williams is 88 years old. She is described as a light complexioned black female with a mole on her forehead. She is 5 feet tall, weighs approximately 145 pounds, and has brown eyes and gray hair. She was last seen wearing a white knit cap, a black raincoat, a dark blue shirt, dark blue pants and light blue shoes, and possibly sunglasses.
