The Metropolitan Police Department has announced an arrest has been made in the homicide of  Edward Badenbaugh, which occurred on April 16, 2008 in the 1700 block of L Street, NW.  Arrested was 40-year-old Michael Jordan, of no fixed Address.  He was arrested at approximately 11:30 on the morning of Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 5th Street and Florida Ave. NW.  He has been charged with Murder I.

Shortly after 10 pm on the Wednesday, April 16, 2008, police and DC Fire Department emergency medical personnel responded to the 1700 block of L Street, NW for the report of a shooting.  Upon arrival, they located Edward Badenbaugh, of the 300 block of 63rd Street, NE, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  He was transported to George Washington University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
