The Metropolitan Police Department has announced that an arrest has been made in the July 2008 homicide of Daniel Clark. On Tuesday, August 26, 2008, 34-year-old Ronald Wynn was arrested in Southeast Washington and charged with Murder Two While Armed in the death of Daniel Clark.  Wynn, of Southeast Washington, is scheduled to be arraigned in DC Superior Court today.

At approximately 7:20 pm on Monday, July 28, 2008, officers from the Seventh District responded to the 3100 block of Buena Vista Terrace, SE, to investigate the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located 28-year-old Daniel Clark suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital and later pronounced dead.
