Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sexual Offenses Branch announced an arrest has been made in a sexual assault that occurred on Monday, October 20, 2008 in the 5400 block of Connecticut Avenue, NW.

Pursuant an arrest warrant, police arrested 28- year-old Ervin Wright of Suitland, Md. He has been charged with First Degree Sexual Abuse in connection with the sexual assault of a female.
