At approximately 7:00 pm, on Sunday, March 29, 2009, members assigned to the Metropolitan Police Department’s Seventh District were dispatched to a residence located in the 4400 block of Livingston Road, SE.  Upon arrival, the officers initiated an investigation which resulted in the seizure of an assault weapon with one live round of ammunition.  There was no reported arrest with this recovery.
