Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Major Crash Investigations Unit are investigating a two vehicle crash in which two adult males were killed.
On Friday, January 14, 2011 at approximately 4:54 am, the operator and a passenger in a 2001 Jaguar were traveling northwest on Canal Road between Clark Place and Reservoir Road. While negotiating a slight curve in the roadway, the driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle rotated and slid across the roadway into oncoming traffic and a 2007 Ford F-150 pick up truck collided with the Jaguar. Personnel from the Second District as well as DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene. Both the driver and the passenger of the Jaguar were pronounced dead on the scene by the DC Medical Examiner’s Office Personnel.
The driver of the 2001 Jaguar has been identified as 31-year-old Milos Milicevic of Rockville, Maryland, and the passenger as 27-year-old Radovan Volikic of Rockville, Maryland.
