She was last seen at 8:00 on the morning of Friday, January 21, 2000 at her home located in the 700 block of Ingraham Street, NW. The missing person is identified as Tiara Admia Young. She is described as a 14-year-old medium-complexioned African-American female with black hair, brown eyes, 5'7" in height, weighing 160 pounds. She was last seen wearing blue pants, a blue jacket and a white colored shirt.
