At approximately 11:32 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 1999, units from the department’s Sixth District were called to the front of 2600 Naylor Road, SE to investigate the report of an unconscious person. Upon arrival, they discovered an adult male at that location suffering from apparent multiple stab wounds. The victim who has been identified as 32-year-old Dwayne Donnell Feaster of the above address was transported to D.C. General Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 12:11 am.
