At approximately 6:30 this morning members of the department's Sixth District Focus Mission Team served a warrant for Parole Violation at an apartment located at 5319 E Street, SE. Arrested was 52-year-old Bobby Elliott of the E Street address. During the arrest officers observed ammunition in the apartment and obtained a search warrant.
As a result of the service of the search warrant two additional arrests were made, a male and a female. The male has been charged with Carrying a Pistol Without a License, Possession of Unregistered Ammunition, and Possession of Marijuana. The female was charged with Possession of Unregistered Ammunition and an Unregistered Firearm. Due to the age of one of the suspects, both names must be withheld to avoid identifying a juvenile.
