Suspect Arrested in 4th Street, NW, Homicide

At approximately 6:45 pm, on Sunday, September 25, 2005, police were called to the front of 2101 4th Street, NW, for the report of a man down.  Upon arrival they located 49-year-old Reggie Pulliam, who had a last known address in the 1300 block of Kennedy Street, NW, suffering from apparent multiple stab wounds to the body.  He was taken to the Howard University Hospital and pronounced dead.

 

This case was closed on Tuesday, September 27, with the arrest of 49-year-old David Mathis, of the 2100 block of 4th Street, NW.  He was charged with Murder Two While Armed.
