At approximately 2:41 pm, on Saturday, December 13, 2003, Metropolitan Police received a radio assignment for an unconscious person inside a vehicle in the 3000 block of Adams Street, NE.  Once on the scene officers located 31-year-old Inga Wilson, of the 12000 block of Fairway Manor Court in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, inside a vehicle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head.  DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services personnel responded to the scene and found no signs consistent with life. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
