A 16-year-old District male was apprehended in the 1400 block of Howard Road, SE, and a 15-year-old District male was apprehended in the 2600 block of Bowen Road, SE. The third suspect made good his escape.  Recovered from the stolen vehicle was a BB handgun. Both suspects are charged with three counts of Robbery While Armed and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.  Their names must be withheld because they are both currently charged as juveniles.
