At approximately 8:45 am on Monday, February 3, 2003, police were called to an apartment building, located at 2331 15^th Street, NW, for the report of a shooting.  Upon arrival they located the body of 51-year-old Gordon Rollins, of the 700 block of Girard Street, NW, in a stairwell suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body.  He was taken to the Howard University Hospital and pronounced dead at 9:25 am.

The above case was closed on Tuesday, December 27, 2005, with the arrest of 44-year-old Keith Little of the 1100 block of First Terrace, NW. He was charged with First Degree Murder While Armed.
