Critical Missing Person: Charles Williams

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a critical missing person last seen this morning at 6:00 am at his home address, 82 V Street, NW.

This missing person is identified as Charles Williams. He is described as an 80-year-old light complexioned black male with brown eyes, a bald head and a full white beard. Mr. Williams is 6'1" in height and weigh approximately 195 pounds.

Mr. Williams suffers from Alzheimer's disease and uses a cane that was left at his home. He needs daily care to survive. He does not have any identification on him and may be confused and walking with a limp.
