The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a critical missing person last seen Wednesday, May 23rd, 2000 at 7:00 a.m. He was last seen at 1350 Perry Place, NW, his address.

The missing person is identified as Edward Powell (pictured here). He is described as an 80-year-old light-complexioned black male with brown eyes and black hair. Edward is 5'8" in height and weighs about 145 pounds. Mr. Powell is a diabetic and walks with a noticeable limp.
