(Washington, DC)  District of Columbia Attorney General Linda Singer today said the District of Columbia has reached a settlement with the legal guardian of Frank Harris, Jr.

The settlement requires the city to pay the legal guardian $650,000 within 60 days.

“We are pleased with the final resolution of the case and believe the settlement is fair and reasonable to both Mr. Harris and the city.”
