Contract Appeals Board Judges, senior personnel from D.C. government agencies and members of the private bar who are experienced in D.C. contracting and litigation will provide practical instruction on the formation of D.C. government contracts and methods for the informal and formal adjudication of contract protests, contract claims and contractor suspension and debarment matters.
