The Government of the District of Columbia Office of Contracts and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), is soliciting proposals to furnish and install multiple technical systems for the Unified Communications Center (UCC). Sub-systems include computer aided dispatch (CAD), voice logging and recorder equipment, integrated network monitoring system, telephony, radio dispatch, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and timing. The multi-line item procurement offers LSDBE set-asides ranging from 20-50 percent. The procurement will close August 17, 2005, and a copy of the procurement announcement is available on the OCP website.
