The government of the District of Columbia Office of Contracts and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Office of Unified Communications (OUC) and of the Office of Property Management (OPM), is soliciting proposals to provide consolidated maintenance and janitorial services for the newly constructed Unified Communications Center (UCC). The multi-line item procurement offers a 35 percent Local, Small, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LSDBE) set-asides opportunity.
