The Government of the District of Columbia Department of Human Services (DHS), Early Care and Education Administration (ECEA), on behalf of the Office of Unified Communications (OUC), is soliciting proposals to manage the Unified Communications Center (UCC) Child Development Center (CDC). The CDC shall provide high quality, developmentally appropriate early care and education for a maximum of 84 children from infant to preschool, seven days per week, 23 hours a day with a minimum of 18 hours a day of operation during the initial start-up phase.
