The Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD), along with Dulles Transit Partners, LLC, will host a Contractor Outreach session on Wednesday May 13, 2009. The event has been scheduled to take place in the District at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center specifically to increase participation of Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs).

CBEs are highly encouraged to attend this event, which will inform businesses of opportunities with upcoming construction activities. See attached flier* for more information about the projects. They include supply and install work in lower-tier subcontracting opportunities and direct subcontracting opportunities.

The event will take place from 12:30 to 5:30 pm on Wednesday at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Mount Vernon Place, NW.
