The District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA), on behalf of its wholly-owned subsidiary DC Housing Enterprises (DCHE) is seeking qualified firms to provide various construction services at Kentucky Courts Garden Project located at 13th & C Street, SE.

SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS will be available at the District of Columbia Housing Authority, 1133 North Capitol Street, NE, Suite 300, Contract Administration, Washington, DC 20002-7599 (Issuing Office); between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday, beginning Monday, May 10, 2010.

The cost for solicitation documents and drawings (PDF format) is $20.00.  You may pay by certified check, money order or company check made out to DC Housing Enterprise.

SEALED BID DOCUMENTS are due to the Issuing Office by 11 am on Wednesday, June 2, 2010; in which bids will be opened at time of closing.
