The Mayor's Office of Partnerships and Grants Development, in partnership with the Washington Council of Agencies, announces the Fifth Annual Pubic-Private Partnership Conference to be held Tuesday, October 21, 2003, at George Washington University's Cloyd Heck Marvin Center.

This year's theme is "Partnerships: Creating Opportunities for All." The all-day conference, with a focus on cross-sector collaboration among various types of organizations, will include informational and how-to sessions on topics such as area funding trends and strategies, e-grants, volunteer recruitment, board development, evaluation, and more.
