OPM issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) in February for the restoration, renovation and reuse of the ONH through a long-term lease.

Built in 1864 to serve Civil War forces and now largely vacant, the ONH is a historic landmark, just east of the United States Capitol in the heart of Capitol Hill.
