(Washington, DC) - The Office of Property Management (OPM) has issued a Request for Offers (RFO) to lease a long-term facility at 2601 18th Street, NE, (currently the Washington Center on Aging), Washington, DC and for respondents that demonstrate the financial capacity to execute the proposed program.

RFO responses are due by 5 pm EDT, July 1, 2009, delivered to Office of Property Management, ATTN: Chafula Abdullah, 2000 14th Street, NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20009

The anticipated evaluation timetable is:  RFO issued: Friday, May 15, 2009; pre-submission meeting: May 29, 2009 from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm at 2601 18th Street, NE Washington, DC  20018; site visits: May 29, 2009, 2 pm – 3 pm; offers due: July 1, 2009 no later than 5 pm; notification: August, 2009.
