(Washington, DC) - The District of Columbia’s Office of Property Management (OPM) is seeking 130-200,000 square feet of Metro-accessible general office space available by the first quarter of 2010.
As specified under Solicitation No. OPM-SFO-IN-2009-2, the space must be available for a term of 10 years or more, have parking for one car per 1,500 rentable square feet and be within 2,000 yards of a Metro Station. The owner or agent must also state the rent (on a full service basis per rentable square feet), describe in detail the condition of the space (e.g. shell, new, awaiting tenant build-out, and/or some improvements in place) and provide relevant terms, including a possible purchase option.
