(Washington, DC) - The DC Office of Property Management announces the extension of the deadline for the Request for Offers ("RFO") issued May 18, 2009 for DCPS excess space. Responses are now due June 15, 2009 no later than 5 pm EST. Additional information related to this RFO, including Frequently Asked Questions, is now available on the OPM website.
The RFO includes the following former DC public schools:
- Birney Elementary School, 2501 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SE
- Rabaut Junior High School, 100 Peabody Street, NE
- Webb Elementary School, 1375 Mt. Olivet Road, NE
Respondents are required to deliver their RFO submissions in a sealed envelope conspicuously marked: “Proposal in Response to Office of Property Management RFO May 18, 2009" to:
