(Washington, DC) - The DC Office of Property Management announces the extension of the deadline for the Request for Offers ("RFO") issued May 15, 2009 for a long term care facility.  Responses are now due July 15, 2009 no later than 5 pm EST.  Additional information related to this RFO, including Frequently Asked Questions, will be available on the website. 

All questions should be formulated in writing via email to Chafula Abdullah. 

Respondents are required to deliver their RFO submissions in a sealed envelope conspicuously marked: “Proposal in Response to Office of Property Management OPM-RFO-OUT-2009-3” to:
