What is the Tenant Summit?
The OTA Tenant Summit serves as a day-long forum each year to bring together tenants, tenant associations, housing attorneys and advocates, policy experts, community leaders, and District officials to discuss matters of concern to the District’s tenant community. Registration, lunch, and parking are all free. Register on-site at the Summit.
Past guests and supporters of this Summit have included Mayor Vincent C. Gray, Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton, Councilmembers Jim Graham of Ward 1, Muriel Bowser of Ward 4, Mary Cheh of Ward 3, Michael A. Brown At-Large, and media personality Mark Plotkin.

When & Where?
This year’s Summit will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012, from 8 am until 5 pm, at the Kellogg Conference Center on the campus of Gallaudet University, located at 800 Florida Avenue, NE.

After Wednesday, September 19, 2012 online registration will be closed. All new registrations must be done on-site at the Tenant Summit.
Getting to the Summit
If you are driving, the OTA will provide you with a free on-site parking pass for the day upon request. Click here for parking pass.* For metro bus routes/times please visit WMATA online or call 202-637-7000. The nearest metro station is the NoMa-Gallaudet U. Metro Station on the Red Line (formerly the New York Ave. station), located on the 200 block of Florida Avenue, NE. From the metro station, you may:
