"Heat Wave Safety Amendment Act of 2008", Bill 17-798*. To amend the Retail Electric Competition and Consumer Protection Act of 1999 to prohibit the electric company from disconnecting residential electric service when the temperature is forecasted to be 90° Fahrenheit or above.
