Frank W. Uhlmann, 76, a psychologist who was an early proponent of employee assistance programs in the workplace and who often wrote and spoke about his experiences living with multiple sclerosis, died June 27 at his home in Washington. He had leukemia.
Uhlmann, a Korean War Army veteran, served on the Mayor's Advisory Board for Veterans Affairs.
