The DC Commission for Women encourages women to seek employment opportunities at Mayor Adrian M. Fenty's 2007 Citywide Job Fair, which will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at the Washington Convention Center from 10 am to 4 pm. The Job Fair is hosted by the DC Department of Human Resources (DCHR), in partnership with the DC Department of Employment Services (DOES). It’s an “ideal location and with the addition of private companies to the event for the first time this year, participants are sure to find a job that best matches their talents and experience,” said DCHR Director Brender L. Gregory.

The job search can begin now at Mayor Adrian M. Fenty's 2007 Citywide Job Fair Information Center where links to an expected 150 exhibitors' career websites are available.
