The District government, Washington Parks and People, and Watts Branch Community Alliance invite residents to attend a community information fair and music festival from 11 am to 3 pm Saturday, June 28, 2008.
The fair showcases efforts by the District and community partners to restore the Watts Branch Stream Valley and surrounding neighborhoods both environmentally and economically. The event occurs in conjunction with the Marvin Gaye Music Festival and Song of the City Community celebration.
Attendees will find information on the current status of Watts Branch development-related projects, as well as information tables, trail tours, food and live music.
