Mayor Adrian Fenty swore in the District of Columbia Youth Advisory Council (DCYAC) members at a ceremony held on February 26, 2009. DCYAC provides District youth a voice in the government and political process. The new members represent all of the District’s eight wards, foster care and the juvenile justice system.
