(Washington, DC) On Saturday, March 24, 2007, the DC State Education Office’s (SEO) Higher Education Financial Services (HEFS) will conduct a DC OneApp Saturday Session to assist DC residents with completing their DC OneApp. The DC OneApp is the online application for the District's three higher education financial aid grant programs: DC Tuition Assistance Grant Program (DCTAG), DC Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership Program (DCLEAP), and the DC Adoption Scholarship (DCAS). DCTAG and DCAS offer up to $10,000 with DCLEAP offering up to $1,500 per academic school year for DC residents to attend eligible colleges and universities.
From 9 am–4 pm, HEFS counselors will be available to assist DC OneApp applicants with the online completion of their DC OneApp. Applicants will also have the opportunity to submit the documents required to complete the application process.
