The Elementary and Secondary Education Division, Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), is pleased to announce a second competition for funding made available under Section 726 of Title VII Subtitle B of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, as amended by Public Law 107-110. The intent of the grant is to facilitate the enrollment, attendance, and success in school of homeless children and youth.  LEAs within the District of Columbia are eligible to apply.
